Last week at school we had Pulse Studios come to our school. They taught us some awesome things. Some of the school’s favorites were the awesome dance moves. Everyone’s favorite move was butt spins! We also all loved the performance at the end where we showcased all of our moves and tricks in a routine to some groovy music. At the end of the performance everyone created a giant cypher where some lucky people got to freestyle and show off some of their favorite moves. Many people also loved learning about the history of breaking!  That included the 5 elements of hip hop which are: Graffiti, MC, DJ, Breaking and learning. We were taught by Frescy who is a professional breaker.  In the cypher he showed his cool moves and topped it off with a slay* backflip. In the end we all had an amazing time and hope we can have this awesome experience again next year.
