There are many ways you can contribute to our school’s success, and make a difference for our school and our students. In our school, this can include providing in-kind donations, contributing cash and lending expertise and technical knowledge. Connect with our principal on what may be appropriate. For more information on ways to give to CBE, visit the Donate page on the CBE website.

Martinis & Masterpieces 2025

Every two years our Parent Society funds an artist-in-residence and the finished student paintings are auctioned off to families. This event happens in the off years of the Casino fundraiser. Event combines bidding on art created by local artist Sheila Kernan and the students of EPS, as well as a silent auction and gala format.

This auction fundraising event is scheduled to be held on May 1, 2025 at the Glencoe Club Ballroom.

Please join the parents of Elbow Park School featuring a live art auction of six pieces created by the students under the guidance of local renowned artist, Sheila Kernan. PLUS bar and hors d'oeuvres, silent auction, mingles and a peek into the student’s art process.

Annual Family Contribution Fundraiser

Parents/guardians of Elbow Park School students can make a meaningful difference for our students by participating in our school’s parent society. 100% of the funds raised are used to improve student experiences and educational development at our school including various academic, technology, physical education and arts based residencies and school community events throughout the school year.

These activities have a major impact on the success and enjoyment of children at our school and your contributions help ensure that these extracurricular activities can continue at our school as they are not funded by the CBE.

A participation fee of $80 per family is collected at the beginning of each school year. We also kindly ask parents to consider additional donations above this amount. All donations over $20 are eligible for a tax receipt (including the participation fee).

Birthday Book Library Campaign

The annual Birthday Book campaign encourages our students to feel connected to reading and helps expand the Learning Commons library and keep it up-to-date. This has been a very successful program at Elbow Park School for many years.

EPS families can choose to participate in the campaign by donating $25 per student. Donated funds are used by the EPS Librarian to purchase brand new books. Participating students get to select which book they would like to designate as donated by them by placing a sticker inside the book jacket with their name on it. Participating students are the first to bring their donated book home to read, then the book enters the EPS library circulation for other students to enjoy.

If you would like to participate, please provide your child(ren)’s first name, last initial and their month and day of birth, and $25 per child. They will select their book at some point during the school year around the time of their birthday. As the minimum donation is $25 per book, your donation is eligible for a tax receipt. Thanks in advance for supporting this very worthy initiative.
