Engineering for Kids was a great experience for all of us. Learning about robots and coding was new and unique for everyone. Paula and Jen were our two instructors.

At first we were taught the basics, the hardware and software, moving around with code and how to build your robot correctly. We progressed by using a variety of sensors and extra motors. We did sumo bot battles on the third day and every group had to expand and become even more powerful. Paula and Jen showed us how to code with JavaScript on the laptops and they showed us the different things we could do. 

Even though we didn’t learn everything we did learn a ton. Everyone had a great time doing it with them. This was for sure one of the best experiences for Elbow Park School and they should definitely come back.
